1. Residence, curate and lecturer: There is no Parsonage or Vicarage House.

2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at Milton Damorel and Cookbury.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd once a fortnight with <a sermon> according to Custom.

5. Frequency of communion: The holy Sacrament is administer'd four Times a year There are in general about Twenty Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: Between Easter and Whitsuntide.

7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair and every thing decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier but will order for One.

9. Number of families: There are Eleven Families in the Parish.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists or any dissenting meeting Houses whatever.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick School alms=House Hospital or any other Charitable Endowment whatever there is no parochial Library.

13. Charity: There have been neither Lands Tenements or any other Benefaction whatever given for the Use of the Parish.
